  • Purpose

    Provides citizen participation and consumer input in the development and implementation of the County alcohol and drug abuse program.

  • Membership Criteria

    The Commission shall consist of 7 members. One member shall be appointed from, and be a resident of, each of the 6 council districts; and the two remaining members shall be appointed at large by majority vote of County Council. Commission members shall serve for 4 years. (Chester County Code 3-510) Board members shall serve at the will and pleasure of Council and terms shall run concurrent with that of the appointer.
