Chester County Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for the care and upkeep of all county-owned buildings and grounds. Their team ensures that these facilities are safe and functional for both county employees and the public, which includes routine maintenance, janitorial services for designated buildings, landscaping and groundskeeping, and managing minor repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

Beyond routine maintenance, the division also undertakes small-scale construction and remodeling projects to adapt and improve county spaces to meet evolving needs. Ultimately, this division plays a vital role by providing and maintaining the physical infrastructure necessary for delivering essential services to the community.
